Rose in the bank: an original composition for the interior

What you need:

  • red paper, green paper (or cloth);
  • scissors;
  • glue gun and regular glue;
  • thick wire for the stem;
  • optional: decorative glass jar, a couple of old books.

Step 1. Cut a circle out of paper, then spiral out of a circle, starting at the outer edge.

Step 2. Roll the spiral from the outside inward, holding and slightly tightening it. Fasten the end of the spiral with glue.

Step 3. In addition, cut a small circle and use glue to fix it at the base of the bud. Glue the wire for the stem with green paper or a soft cloth. Give the stem a natural bend and glue it to the base of the flower.

Step 4. Take a beautiful decorative jar, place the finished rose in it in an upright position. To do this, use a transparent thread or fishing line to tie the flower to the lid of the can. Put the composition on a nice stack of old books. Charming decor for the interior is ready!

Recently, such a kind of creativity as floral origami from corrugated paper has become increasingly popular. Such crafts are used for interior decoration, and for celebrations, and corrugated paper itself is often used as a material for children's creativity.

Simple flowers from corrugated paper: a master class

Materials:

  • corrugated paper (several colors available);
  • thin sharp scissors or manicure;
  • glue;
  • cardboard circle;
  • toothpick.

Step 1. Cut 12 circles. For this, it is convenient to use any template from a coin, cardboard or other round flat object.

Step 2. From the resulting blanks, make the petals. One edge of them is slightly sharpened by gluing it.

Step 3. To the round piece of cardboard in a circle we fasten the finished petals: immediately glue five petals on the outer edge, then four inwards and the last three in the center.

Step 4. For the core, cut a strip of corrugated paper about 3 cm wide, fold it lengthwise. Next, with small equal indents, make cuts to get a fringe, which is slightly fluffy. Wrap it in a spiral around a toothpick to form a magnificent core of a flower. Having fixed it with glue, we attach it to the finished petals.

Such flowers will be a wonderful decoration for any room.

Step 1. Select colorful pages of glossy magazines with full-size double-sided images or advertisements.

Step 2. To make one flower, fold the page in half, and then bend each half back onto yourself.

Step 3. Make cuts with sufficiently thin strips, not reaching the edge of one centimeter.

Step 4. Take a wooden skewer and use glue to fix the edge of the strip with the resulting fringe on it.

Step 5. Then fold the strip tight enough around the skewer. Take care to form a beautiful rounded flower head.
